(birds chirping) (gentle music) - Trust always comes up. It's the baseline, it's the foundation of a great team, but that's not the end-all be-all. We have a personal responsibility to, what I call, be squared away. (gentle music) And squared away means you've got your stuff together. You are taking the time to be responsible for yourself, so that you can be reliable. I often say, that's what self-reliance really means, is you're taking it upon yourself, 'cause you owe it to the team and then you're there to serve.
