Position your product to personas

- When it's time to pitch your product to customers, you have lots of tools at your disposal. Let's explore how all of these can help connect the dots and create a thread through the entire product life cycle oriented around your customer. When you started, you met with customers and discovered some key things. First, you know what their current problems are. You know what they're thinking, their opinions, and their personalities. You also have individual and aggregated prioritization of features that they felt were the most important. Next, you have defined user stories that are written in such a way to explain what the user needs to do and how they need to do it. Finally, you have the personas that tell you who the customers are, the tone and style of how they like to communicate, and you have identified the user path they will take to get the product.
