- [Instructor] So before we even start talking about how to do it, I think the first question should be, why to do it. Or why it's a good opportunity. So why other markets, lower purchase price, more inventory, diversity. If something's going great in for example, San Francisco, it's going to go great in New York or is it more local, local, right? So why other markets? Yeah, diversify, population, et cetera. So population growth. So there's a ton of resources available online for information. We live in the age of technology, instantaneous technology. Every single person probably has a smartphone. So you have access to information instantaneously. And so population growth is something that you want to look at. So what is the number one reason why most people move to different locations? Jobs, so jobs, that's something to consider.
