- Some people think that writing and delivering performance reviews is simply a time consuming task required for managers, but it shouldn't be. First of all, it doesn't take much time if you know how to prepare. Second, I can promise that your employees care deeply about what happens in their review. So making it fair, productive and maybe even motivational should be hugely important for you. A performance evaluation is a formal, permanent document that will have a big impact on your employee's future.
