- The human body is capable of doing so much and yet many of us, like myself, often ignore our body's full capacity, leaving its potential to provide flow experiences left unexplored. Of the mind, body, spirit triage, I know for myself, my connection to my body is the weakest part of that configuration. When I wake up in the morning my mind is highly active and while I can make time for the stillness of meditation, I often leave out the physical component of my daily routine. But there's so much you can learn when you pay attention to your body and when you tap into all your full potential as a physical being. And there are actually many types of physical activity that can help us move into flow states. For example, the similarities between yoga and flow are extremely strong.
