- Everything that has life has some sort of a rhythm or a pattern, including the human system. From heartbeats to brain waves to blood sugar, everything is supposed to oscillate, and it's the same with your energy. You want your energy to ebb and flow throughout the day in a rhythm or pattern. This energy oscillation will help to fuel your peak performance and reduce stress. I'm going to give you some practical ways to make that happen, but first I want you to think about your own day.
