- I work with many PMOs and one of the things I hear a lot is that advice and guidance they provide is ignored. These PMOs feel frustrated because they know they're finding ways for things to improve but for some reason, the message isn't getting through. You may be experiencing the same situation in your PMO, and the symptoms aren't always obvious. Do you ever find you making the same recommendations or suggestions multiple times? Problems are happening even though you flagged the issues in time for them to be prevented. Stakeholders are doing something different than what you asked. Or your ideas and recommendations are not well received. That's incredibly frustrating, isn't it? You're experiencing the challenge of not having your advice listened to. We've all been there.
