- Taking pride in ownership of the work your team delivers is a key factor in creating a culture of accountability. How do you get teammates to take ownership? This isn't something you can force. You can't make people feel ownership or responsibility for your team. Instead, you can foster this by creating an environment where your team feels invested in the outcomes of their work.
