- [Narrator] Zoho Projects is a cloud-based app that provides project management and collaboration at a reasonable price. It has some nice features as well as idiosyncrasies like we all do. Set up adding users, collaborating, and working with projects and tasks is reasonably intuitive. However, the app has lots of capability beyond the basics, and there are lots of settings. So, you need to understand how it works to get it to behave the way you want. It's knowledge base is thorough. I find it easiest to use the knowledge base through a web browser rather than within Zoho Projects. You can display tasks in a task hierarchy called the classic view. The plain view is just a flat task list. You can also look at your tasks in a Kanban board, or if you want to look at a Gantt chart, go to the left, click Gantt and reports, and then click Gantt chart.
