- If you're one of those people who's addicted to saying, "I'm so busy," this will be a game-changer for you. You don't actually have to do everything on your to-do list. Remember, just because you can doesn't mean you should. Instead, you should outsource it. This rule applies if you work in a corporate environment or for yourself. Now, I understand not everything can be outsourced, but a lot of what you're handling can be. Here's how to figure it out. Number one, make a list of everything you're doing day-to-day that is not related to your expertise. This could be making appointments, booking travel, writing blog posts or articles, shopping for client gifts, or doing your taxes. This list will be different for each one of you.
