Nurturing after video interviews

- Nurturing is critical after your virtual interviewing process, especially when you've identified the best person to hire, you need to get everyone on the same page. So what is the timing going to be and the expectations, because communication is so much more important when you're conducting a virtual hiring process? You want to be fully prepared before you contact the prospective hire. I believe the direct reports should extend the offer. Now, obviously, the candidate should be pre-closed before this conversation. But I do think the direct reports should do this over a video call, which again shows the relevance of this hire, and allows them to be the first person to welcome this new hire, and of course, answer any concerns or questions.
