- If there's one thing to take away, I would remember that, first and foremost, no two roles are alike. Every chief of staff is different, and the experience that you're going to have is going to be different as well. So I'll never forget Jeff's advice, which was the core part of the chief of staff role is clearly defined, but above that, the rule is what you make of it. And I think that's been really meaningful for me, because over the last five years, I've been able to evolve this role and have really significant impact for Jeff, our executive team, and for LinkedIn.
