- Here are some suggestions on how to apply what you've learned in this course. First, identify who should be involved in developing your approach to managing customer feedback. If you're a small organization, it might just be you who takes the lead, but be sure to get input from others. This is an effort that should ultimately involve everyone. If you're part of a large organization, there will likely be voice of customer or other customer experience initiatives. Think about how these things that are already underway might give you a head start in managing customer feedback. There's no need to reinvent the wheel.
