- As a manager you have a great responsibility and honor in hiring the best candidates for your team and company. It's no easy feat to figure out who is the best for your open position. But with a little preparation, planning, and knowledge, you can feel confident in your hiring decisions. Here are some key points to get you started in your hiring process. First, make sure to partner with HR to plan a strategy before actually starting the recruiting process.
