- Managing ethics and business as a leader is a big deal. In fact, your career may depend upon how well you do this. Do this well, and it actually enhances your reputation. Don't do this well, and that has implications as well that we aim to be mindful of. So, it's good to look at resources beyond what it is we may be able to discuss here today. There are a lot of references on the Internet, good case studies, good products coming out of our educational institutions, because this is such a hot topic nowadays. On top of that, you've got some business conduct guidelines that are available. IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers have both written excellent business conduct guidelines-type documents, and they've made those available on the Internet, and are well worth reading.
