- I hope you enjoyed this course on driving productive Agile meetings. The Agile activities are designed to create good feedback loops. The best way to do this is to maintain a lightweight agenda and stick to your time box. There's some good Agile coaching books out there that will help you learn more on how to drive these activities. One I like is the Human Side of Agile by Gil Broza. This course also has a companion book. The book's title is Leading Agile Teams. It expands on these ideas and adds some details that couldn't fit into the course. I've provided a sample chapter to all subscribers as a downloadable exercise file. You can find the complete book at most online bookstores. This course is part of the Agile at Work series.
