- People buy from those that they trust, and they trust people that they like, and they like people with whom they have a great connection. Your sales presentation provides the opportunity to make this connection. We discuss making a connection with people using your own personal why. Spend some time creating that. You'll likely learn a lot about yourself and have a great way to create connection with your prospects. Be authentic in your appointments.
