- So one thing I've said in many of my videos, and I'll say it again in this one is you need to get a next action in. This is more important than normal with business leaders because they're busy, they will forget you and your product. Something will distract them and then the process will be lost. Once the momentum is lost, it's really hard to get back on track again. So you need to maintain it after you've started it. So before the end of the call, get a next action in that could be, let's speak in X days' time, or let's meet on X date, or I'll send you a form, you fill it out and return it to me, or I'll send you a quote and then provide a works order, or anything along those lines. If you can't get a next action in, at the very least, get permission to call back. So that's to say, if I don't hear back in 10 days, can I chase you up? Or how about I check in, in a month's time? Or just, do you mind if we stay in…
