- Throughout this course you've learned about a number of counterintuitive leadership strategies, and those that are using them as a competitive advantage. Now it's time to start creating an action plan so that you can implement some of those innovative concepts. I'd like you to refer back to the self assessment you completed at the beginning of this course. Each of the sections on the assessment has a maximum of 30 points. If you haven't already added up your scores in each section, please take a moment to do that now. The initial section, titled High-level Snapshot, gives you a quick look at your general propensity to zig when everyone else is zagging.
