- I definitely like to win, there's no doubt about it. But I would say more than that, I like to learn. And so when you're in a new business situation, it's like the best chemistry because it's the best minds in your agency and you're using all the newest tools and it's a new client and sometimes it's a new category. And it's this intense camp where you're all together and you're working together over a period of weeks or months. From the blank page, figure out what the issues are. Identifying the issues is half the battle and then how we're going to address them and 'em. So it's that energy, it's the group that you're with in the foxhole together, it's the interrelationship of the team, and for us in our category and what we do, when you win new business, it's a pretty big prize.
