(upbeat music) - Hi, it's Claire here, and I'm going to show you some exercises to do to give you some relief in your neck. Just some very simply things that you can do sitting right here at your desk. So we'll roll out a little bit, give ourselves a little space. If you need to move to the edge of your seat, good, do that. And we'll just make sure our feet are firmly planted on the floor just so that we have a good base. And we'll start with some simple shoulder rolls. And you've done these. You did these in high school P.E. class. Just like this. We'll go back first. And then forward. You can hang out and do this for as long as you like. We're just doing a few to show you what we're doing. And you can go ahead and let your arms be nice and lax while you do this. And let the shoulders drop when you're bringing them back down. And then we're going to do another quick little exercise here called swamp monster…
