- Hi, I'm Baxter, and welcome to "Neck Movements for Wrist Pain." We're going to do a little bit of movement for your neck today that hopefully will have an impact on how your wrists are feeling. So if you're sitting down, certainly come up to standing, and if you're wearing glasses, you might even take your glasses off, just to give your nose and your ears a little break from the weight of the glasses. So these movements of the neck are going to be really simple, but I want you to connect with your breath as you're doing them. So the first one I call the Owl Turns, like the owl that lives in the tree. So we're going to inhale and turn the head towards the right side of your room, or towards your right shoulder, and then exhale back to center.
