Join Desk Yogi for an in-depth discussion in this video Neck movements for wrists, part of Computer and Text Neck Stretching Exercises.
- Hi, I'm Baxter … and welcome to neck movements for wrist pain. … So we're going to do a little bit of movement … for your neck today that hopefully will have an impact … on how your wrists are feeling. … So if you're sitting down, certainly come up to standing … and if you're wearing glasses, … you might even take your glasses off … just to give your nose and your ears a little break … from the weight of the glasses. … So these movements of the neck are going to be really simple … but I want you to connect with your breath … as you're doing them. … So the first one I all the owl turns … like the owl that lives in the tree. … So we're going to inhale … and turn the head towards the right side of your room … or towards your right shoulder … and then exhale back to center … and then inhaling turn your heads towards the left … and exhale back to center … and we're going to do that a couple times. … So inhaling to the right … and I'm going to the point where I feel some good stretch. … I'm not trying to overdo it. …
