- Hi there, Darrell from Chill. Our path throughout life is rarely straightforward. Most often there are unexpected detours and obstacles that reveal themselves along the journey. Today's practice is intended to promote self-trust, the key and crucial practice and attitude to embrace in the midst of change. Expanding your capacity to trust yourself during uncertainty is something that will help you navigate life's detours. So let's begin. Allow your body to get comfortable in your seat wherever you may be, and welcome a nice, slow, full, yet powerful breath in. (inhales deeply) And as you exhale, welcome the eyes to gently fall closed. With your next breath in and out, let the body settle even more, breathing in and out.
