- [Instructor] Over the last few sessions, we've explored bringing mindfulness to the sensations in our body and how this allows us to respond both to ourselves and others, with more presence, clarity, and empathy. A helpful way that you can directly engage this mindfulness is by asking the following questions. The first is, what is happening inside me right now? And the second is, can I be with this? Try that for a moment. What is happening inside me right now? And as you ask, just notice what you're experiencing in your body. What is happening inside me right now? See if you can let that question, engage your interest and your curiosity. And you might notice how just posing this simple question can immediately redirect your attention inward.
