(upbeat music) - Hi, welcome to Sky Yogi. We'll be doing a practice called moving the spine in the six directions. So as soon as you, or actually, before you start feeling your spine getting tight on your flight, try this practice. So, let's first lean forward. So take a few moments, come down your elbows and check in with your low back. So most of us have low back pain from time to time or sometimes frequently so take a deep breath and if you notice that you're having any discomfort, be happy 'cause that means you're a human being, take a deep inhale, exhale, and relax a little bit around it. Usually we can relax around the tension. It gets better. So some of you might even want to drop your head and hang. What I've noticed is when I do this, usually someone around me does it too, so take a deep breath, settle in. Feel the space around your bones, around the vertebrae.
