From the course: Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict

Moving forward

- Now you have the tools to act with integrity, to build relationships, and get the job done in the face of conflict. These tools are simple, and yet, they're not easy. It requires practice. It requires commitment. And it requires some company to practice them. So, I encourage you to connect with other people who are trying to resolve conflict in this way. And I encourage you to connect with the material I've presented at LinkedIn. In my influencer page there's a whole series of articles about the different steps of this process with even additional videos and more material. I've also written a book, called "Conscious Business", where I go in detail on how to have these difficult, conflictive conversations. But ultimately, you will only develop the ability to do this by making it a daily practice. It's like swimming. You don't learn to swim out of the water. The good news is you're already in conflict. We live in the water of conflict, so we have plenty of opportunities to practice. And I hope that you will find a way through this conflict with integrity, with good relationships, and with success.
