The longer you sit, the less blood flow you get to the brain and the more tired you feel. Remember, everything that has life is supposed to have a rhythm, and sitting too long is definitely a flat line that causes our energy to suffer. If we're dealing with more stress, it means we need to move even more often. Greater energy output requires greater energy input, so keep that in mind when you look at the course of your day.
