What if there was a way to create that type of motivation in your learning program? This past year, I was hired by a global eyewear brand to implement a learning and development program. They'd been acquired by a parent company that made them the largest player in their industry. The problem was that many of their employees had been with the company for several years and now questioned their place in the organization. Productivity was down, stress was up, the future was uncertain. I was tasked with highlighting how the team members could still realize their dream career within the company, even though so much had changed.
