What if there was a way to create that type of motivation in your learning program? This past year, I was hired by a global eyewear brand to implement a learning and development program. They'd been acquired by a parent company that made them the largest player in their industry. The problem was that many of their employees had been with the company for several years and now questioned their place in the organization.
