- Hi, I'm Baxter and I'm going to share with you something I call modified cat cow. It's actually more cow than cat as it turns out. And for this series we're doing this in particular to try to encourage the head and neck to come back closer to ideal posture. For a lot of us sitting at our computer or whatever, we tend to get the slump going on, then we get a little bit of text neck or computer neck. And so this is to really to kind of rebalance our system a little bit. It's really simple. So I'm going to have you turn a little bit in your chair so that you're sitting kind of near the frontage of your chair and moving your feet so that they're right underneath your knees. You want to make sure that you've got, you're not tucking 'em way back or way out here. So you want to have the feet in a good position and then pressing down into your feet a little bit, send a little bit of energy back up and into your spine.
