- [Instructor] Not knowing by the way is not such a bad thing. It's basically just being honest. Of course, we're scared to even say in class you know, when we're in school that we don't know something because we're afraid to look stupid but actually, all great scientists have to admit what they don't know because otherwise they're never going to discover anything meaningful because the new discovery happens at the interface between what is known and what's not known and if you're completely preoccupied with what is already known, you can't make the leap into that other dimension that's often called creativity or imagination or poetry or whatever it is that allows us to see a hidden order in things that until it's seen it, ain't seen and it therefore is hidden. And then when someone else sees it and you say, oh my God, why didn't I say see that? Well, that's because in some sense everybody has their own karma, so you can't…
