- I do have mentees. Some, I do have many. I do have many. I've been thinking I need to do like quarterly calls. Some inside the company, some external to the company. And I'm also what I like to say, I'm like an hour-long mentor. So many people I'll meet at different places, like can I just call you, and I'm like, of course. I think it's so important just to take that time. I always remember when I was making the transition and I would just call people and say, do you have 15, 20 minutes to talk to me, 'cause I really don't know what I want to do, but I'd love to just chat with you about what you do. And just that confidence it gives you when someone calls you back. When someone calls you back and sits and has a conversation with you. I remember, I started, I remember, with my Vassar list.
