- I always start my meetings like that because I want them to know that I'm serious. So I don't start with the fluff. I start with the serious. Then I go into the fun, and I talk about how I like to have fun. I want to create this team building. I want everyone to find your talents. What are your talents? Because let's use your talent. So if I have a team member that's great at playing guitar or, in a team setting, I guess a corporate scenario, when you're pitching your client, maybe he's better at telling jokes than the other person, so let him lead. It doesn't mean that he's the better team person or crew, it just means that we're doing everything we can to make it a successful charter. Or in your scenario wherever your employment is, or whatever you do to get the client, sign the deal or finish the deal or whatever it is, it's about utilizing your team, and that's what I do during my team meetings.
