Learn how to use Google Meet, the popular G Suite videoconferencing solution for hosting small and large meetings.
- [David] There are many good reasons to hold business meetings online, like saving on travel costs and shrinking our carbon footprints. Of course, there may also be times when we're forced to meet online for reasons out of our control. Well the good news is, Google has a video conferencing application tailored to businesses that can make your online meetings a breeze. It's called Google Meet, but most people just call it Meet. Now Google Meet is now free to anyone with a Google account, and if your organization subscribes to G-suite, you also have Meet, and you may see it when you log into your G-suite account if your administrator has enabled it. I'm David Rivers and I've been working with and teaching about various video conferencing tools since they first came on the scene. I've designed this course to take you from start to finish through a Google Meet meeting, both as the host setting up the meeting, and as a participant invited to join a meeting, working with both computers and mobile devices. By the end, you'll know what's possible with Google Meet and know how to take advantage of the many powerful features and functions of this business-oriented video conferencing application.
