Tracking your team's progress over time will show you what's working and what's not moving the needle. Plus, your team will feel more energized when they see how well they're doing and you'll create more visibility for your team, as well. Download the exercise file that goes along with this video to see some examples and identify your own metrics. First, refer back to your team's strengths plan. Decide which goals you want to measure.
