For example, if you're videotaping an opening ceremony, you might want to capture shots of the venue, speeches, entertainment, and interviews of the guests. B-roll is extremely important. You can never have enough. Focus on getting a variety of shots to capture what's happening throughout the day. Use the agenda to help you identify key moments to help film instead of trying to capture every single moment.
