Managing your time as a manager

- As a manager, you are busy. You have a variety of demands being placed on you from all sorts of directions. How you manage your time and how productive you are as a manager will impact you and everyone else on your team, too. You are less productive, you likely cause more work and stress on your team, making them less productive. Remember, people are watching you, so if you have bad productivity, strategies, and habits, they may be duplicating it. But here's the good news.
