Join Nick Brazzi for an in-depth discussion in this video Managing and removing add-ons, part of Learning the Firefox Browser.
- In the previous movie in this chapter,…we talked about finding, installing,…and working with Add-ons,…but there's still a big part of the process missing.…Once you install Add-ons,…you're probably going to want to remove them.…Not all add-ons are going to be right for you,…so in this movie we'll talk about managing add-ons.…So, I want to point out that I still have…an alternate theme active here.…You can see that all of the buttons in my toolbar…look different from the default layout in Firefox.…My address bar looks different,…my back and forward buttons look different.…
I also want to make sure you see…that I have three extensions installed:…weather, Twitter, and translate.…These are all add-ons,…so I'm going to go into the menu on the right side,…and I'm going to choose Add-ons.…Again, you can see all of these buttons look different…because of the themes Add-on that have installed.…So, I'll choose Add-ons,…and I can take a look at what I've got.…If I go to Extensions,…I can see the three Extensions that I have installed.…
