Managing with intention

- Being a manager is far too complex and far too important to operate on autopilot. Because let's face it, some of our autopilot responses won't be as affective as we'd like. In order to be successful, you need to be intentional. Consider this approach, think, decide, try, reflect. Take new knowledge and ideas and decide to try them. After you try them reflect on what worked and what didn't. Remember, too, that the first time you do something new it might not go perfectly, that doesn't mean it isn't worth doing again. Think, decided, try, reflect. This is the arc of learning. It's how we live and manage more intentionally. Moving forward, I have three hopes for you. That you will try the ideas we explored.
