If you are a high performer and you honestly don't feel like where you're working understands that, appreciates that, wants to make good by helping you grow, well, you have to do something about it. So my first message to you is that if you're a high performer and you're not in a high-performer program or otherwise receiving coaching and attention that will help you maximize your career trajectory at work you do have to start thinking about proactively changing that situation.
