    My boss (a director) wanted me to take this type of training, and I now understand why. It was relevant content and good insight into working with my boss. I recognized some of the behaviors and necessary strategies that I should implement with my boss. I also believe this training was pretty succinct in the information it delivered. While I was able to capture most of the information while taking notes, I found the information in terms of note taking was a tad fast paced so I would pause to jot everything down. Overall, I recommend it. My boss asked would I recommend others in the department take it, and I said yes.
