Manage design changes

- Now, so when I think of design changes, I'm often reminded of this quote by Mike Tyson, the famous world heavyweight champion, boxing heavyweight champion, that said, "Everybody's got a plan until they get hit in the mouth." And I use that because teams do a lot of planning ahead of time. So the reality with design changes is that you need to expect 'em, they're going to happen, and especially on a complex project like the Airbus 380, the world's largest passenger aircraft ever built where you had teams from the UK, France, Spain, and Germany trying to build this massive structure that, I mean, if you look at it just with the sheer size of this aircraft, you're going to have structural design issues that are going to impact changes also because of the weight limitations. And so every time they were testing, they needed to make changes. The other thing that was driving the change was their customers. By that, I mean the airlines that were purchasing these airplanes.
