- In this lesson it's time to put it all together and make sound. You're standing on your spine, you're making sustained eye contact, breathing from your diaphragm. And now you're going to share your intention, share your thought. For the purposes of this exercise, let's keep it easy as we begin. We're going to start with the sound heh, which is the precursor to the word hello, which is often how we begin most of our encounters, especially those that are formal in front of an audience giving a presentation. This is going to feel silly. You can't change your communication style unless you are willing to break out of your comfort zone. Find comfort in the discomfort. No one has x-ray vision and can see inside of you. This is about gaining an understanding of what it feels like to make sound from a powerful place.
