- So, if you think about disruptions into the workspace or in your life, and you think about resilience and how to be agile in the moment, how to flex where needed, how to navigate your emotions, your grit, we call it, which is resilience, and get to the other side. What are those components that you need to think about as you take care of yourself and others? It's kind of like in an airplane where as a parent, you're asked to take the oxygen mask down and you breathe first before you take care of your young children. That's extremely hard to imagine that there's a traumatic event happening on a plane and I got to care for myself first and not my kids that I gave birth to. That's incredibly hard, but that's part of what you have to do in times of crisis. You have to think about how strong are you? How agile are you?
