Making kindness contagious

- The challenge sometimes is to engender that sense of compassionate and empathy outside times of crisis. How do we do this every day of our life, 365 days of the year? One way to do this is something that I talk about in the book, which I do in my life, and that is based on brain science research, what I call making happiness contagious. What does that look like? We live here in New York and it's a very busy city, and sometimes we don't always allow other people to maybe cut in front of us in their car lane, or maybe open the door for someone.
