- Everyone is busy these days. We're balancing lots of priorities and constantly being pulled in different directions. So keeping your team members focused on a project can be a real challenge. As a project manager, you need to fight to keep their attention and to make sure that your project activities stay at the top of their priority list. One way to do this is by maintaining communication with everyone. Make sure that they're hearing from you on a regular basis so that the project stays in the forefront of their thinking.
