- [Teacher] Number four, we want to help others. It may seem weird that we would talk about helping others as a step in setting goals, but an amazing thing about helping others, is that it opens up a sense of comradery, a sense of belonging, a sense of caring that allows you to relax and keep yourself in that growth mindset. It allows you to relax and instead of compare yourself to others, actually connect with others. And so when you help and you teach others, you help and actually teach yourself. And so, you'll want to continue to educate others and help them by teaching them the growth mindset and help them accomplish their goals by also being people who see growth as a wonderful thing. And instead of seeing themselves as a fixed person with a set of talents that will never change, helping them take the joy of continual growth.
