- [Instructor] Now with the garage, you have one of two options, basically. Basically, it's either going to be an attached garage, meaning it's attached to the actual home, or it's going to be a detached garage. Now, once you determine whether you have an attached or detached, you're going to want to look at what size the garage is. Is it a one-car? Is it a two-car? If it needs a new garage door, you're going to select whether it needs a one-car or two-car garage door. Maybe it just needs a garage door opener installed. Now, when it comes to re-roofing the garage, if it's an attached home, the roof cost is, it's actually added in. It's part of our roofing cost of the whole house when it's attached to the property. When it's a detached garage, we do have a section here in the repair estimate sheet to re-roof the detached garage portion, to rip and replace that roof.
