Long term
- Long-Term Financial Plan. In the Long-Term Financial Plan subsection, summarize the overall goal again. This statement does not need to be lengthy. Remember, as someone is reading the plan, it's your opportunity to reaffirm their confidence and remind them that you have accounted for all possible scenarios of operating this business. For example, ABC LLC's business plan projects tremendous scale and indicates strong liquidity to continue growth in the immediate and foreseeable future. The only deviance to long-term growth would be a reasonable acquisition. However, in the unlikely event that ABC LLC is not successful in reaching the projections outlined in the pro forma, an exit strategy is in place.
