- Firefox Sync is a very useful feature…if you use Firefox on more than one computer.…For example, if you use Firefox on your computer at home…and also on your computer at the office,…or maybe on an android tablet,…then the Firefox Sync feature will let you keep…all of your bookmarks, history and other information…linked and synchronized across all of these machines.…Then, if you bookmark a page on your office computer,…that bookmark will be there on your tablet.…Bookmarks are just one piece of data that synchronize…and we'll be getting in to how work with bookmarks…in another chapter.…
For now, let's set up Firefox Sync…and take a look at the data that you can get synchronized.…To get this all set up,…I'll need to go into the menu…and then down inside the menu…there's a button that says "Sign in to Sync".…I'm going to click on that…and then I'll hit "Get Started".…Now from here,…you will need to have a Firefox Sync account.…So, you could either create a new account…or if you already have an account,…you could log in.…
